It’s been a minute since I’ve written a blog post and it’s about time I updated you in a long form way. 🙂 While I’ve been all over social media, it’s been a few weeks (maybe a month??) since I’ve put up a new blog post. Let me start by saying there have been A LOT of changes happening around these parts. It’s almost comical because in the last month we have experienced so MUCH positive change that I don’t even know where to begin… I am feeling VERY grateful.
Happy Friday! A few weeks ago, I did a #WellnessWednesday series on my IG Story all about dry brushing. If you haven’t watched before, on Wednesdays (over Insta Stories), I like to feature a new wellness hack, product, or routine I have and give all the details on the benefits and ways to implement that practice! I love to feature things that are EASY additions to a wellness routine because I love to show that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be overwhelming or stressful. We don’t need to be perfect all the time drinking our kale juices and getting into bed at 9pm (although this bedtime sounds pretty ideal to me haha). I believe it’s all about balance! Anyway, today I’m giving all the deets on dry brushing! Dry brushing is something simple that you can do daily in under 10 mins that will make you feel great and will have a positive impact on your body.
Dry brushing is an age-old process that has gained popularity in the wellness world in the last few years, & for a very good reason!
A few weeks ago, I did a poll over on Instagram Stories asking if I should bring the weekly “WellnessWednesdays” tips that I’ve been doing on Instagram, to the blog! I was blown away because 100% of you said yes, I was so happy about that! Health and wellness are huge parts of my life and I love sharing my favorite wellness tips on this blog and on social media. We are also working on something very exciting within the realm of health & wellness that will be launching soon. Hint hint: ebook!!!! I will definitely be talking about it much more soon but today am going to be sharing 3 of my recent #WellnessWednesday tips. Today’s tips will be a mixture of items you can add to your pantry as healthy substitutes to items that might not be so great for you. These three items are staples in my pantry and are things I ALWAYS have on hand. If you haven’t tried any of the items below, I am seriously excited for you to do so.
