I was inspired to write a little fitness update today because frankly… it’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed a program this much & I’m finishing the first round of it this week! I tend to be the person that enjoys many different kinds of workouts. I love yoga, running, walking, boxing, HIIT, I LOVE IT ALL! Call me crazy but nothing quite beats an endorphin rush, ya know??
I’m currently sitting down at my desk, scarfing down my HUGE salad with extra cashews & a side of cashew cheese, lol. I just got home from the gym, which is perfect timing because today’s post is all about my current fitness routine! After getting questions pretty often over on Instagram DM’s about what the workout videos are I’ve been posting, I figured it was time to bring all the deets to the blog! After doing tons of research recently on what powders/ supplements/ proteins I should be taking if I want to be building muscle and basically making the most of my time in the gym, I was feeling a TAD overwhelmed with information. There are SO many sites with so many different pieces of information. I don’t ever like to put anything into my body until I feel that I’m thoroughly informed about its’ safety and purpose. That being said, after lots of internet & Youtube perusing, I came to the conclusion that the three most important things to take to supplement a workout regimen are protein (duh), BCAAs, & L-Glutamine.
