Dylan and I filmed a full body 15 minute workout yesterday for my IGTV. I thought I would also share it on the blog in case you missed it! Working out from home has been really helping us to stay sane during this time. Let’s get up off the couch and get sweating! All you need for this workout is light weights and a resistance band. I would link them but they are sold out EVERYWHERE! If you don’t have any equipment, grab a few soup cans and you are good to go. 🙂
