My husband and I recently became sick after not knowing about keeping windows open, “baking,” and the importance of great air filters in new builds! We had no idea that there is an “off-gassing” process where the chemicals in building materials (formaldehyde, VOC’s) are much higher during the first few months of a home. Here are some things we have done to MASSIVELY help our home - we are back to feeling 100% healthy and have learned so much during this process! Also deep cleaning helped a ton to minimize dust!!
