My Look: Dress | Shoes
Hi Friends!
Happy Fridayyyy & cheers to the weekend! I am extra excited about the arrival of this weekend because Dylan and I are heading back to La Jolla to celebrate our anniversary! In case you missed it, I told the funny story of how we met in this post. It is one of my favorite posts to date because we got to be in the photos together and I loved writing out the whole story while reminiscing.
Today I wanted to share this adorable overall jumper, I recently picked up! It’s just under $20, which is perfect because there’s nothing better than finding a good deal on a cute outfit in my book. I am a big fan of casual fashion and basically anything where I feel cute but casual. In ordering this jumper, I’m SO glad I decided to listen to the reviews and ORDER UP a size!! The smaller size would have 100% been too small and I hate sending things back. I know I’ll be wearing this overall dress often on the weekends when I’m running around doing errands and just hanging out. Overall, I love the dress. (;
The same day as this post, I actually had a not so pleasant encounter with a girl and her two friends while we were shooting these photos. I opened up about it over on Instagram, which you can check out here! The long and short of it is that I make it a priority to always try and find a positive in every situation and this was no exception. If you struggle with the judgement of others (don’t we all) thisย post might be a good one for you to read. Dealing with other’s judgement is something I constantly am working on and this day was a blessing because it allowed me to see an area where I’ve made progress. I try to remind myself, “progress not perfection.” What are some ways you try to find positives in an otherwise negative situation?? I would love to hear!
Today’s post is going to be a short one because I still have yet to pack, what else is new HA! I’m off to try and cram 1929124 outfits in a small duffel so Dylan doesn’t make fun of me for overpacking…
Hope you have a wonderful weekend, beauties!
