Cactus Moon Retreat Recap

Hi Loves! Happy FRIDAY!

I’m so happy it’s Friday because I’m home to celebrate Mother’s Day with my Mom this weekend. Mother’s Day is one of the best holidays in my book! A full day dedicated to celebrating the incredible women in our lives, I love it. My Mom and I will be sleeping in, staying in our pj’s, doing some shopping, having brunch, and getting massages.

I’m so excited to see her, as we live far away and don’t see each other everyday!  She’s my very best friend. : )

Anyway, lets get down to the meat of this post. A full recap of  our trip to Cactus Moon Retreat last week! If you are new to my site and haven’t seen my other posts with details from Cactus Moon, you can check them out here, here, & here.

Can we start by talking about how this place is TOTAL interior goals!!?!

Everything on the property, down to the organic soaps in the bathrooms, fit so perfectly together. It’s almost like it was designed for an Instagram photo, ha! The second that Katie, Ariel, & I walked into the place, we were pinching ourselves at how lovely it was. You can also check out our vlog which pretty much details our whole trip!! Don’t judge me for how awkward I am in the vlog, hoping I get more natural talking to the camera, haha.

Our time at Cactus Moon Retreat went by very quickly, as we were running around like crazy people trying to capture every single shot! One of my favorite parts of the trip (besides the decor of course) was getting to bond with Katie and Ariel and get to know them better. They are both such wonderful girls and true friendship is so hard to find the older I get!

The three of us had never traveled together before and it turned out to be a match made it heaven. Each of our personalities ended up meshing really well. It was so restorative to get out of my normal routine and immerse myself in the beauty of the desert. Our stay at Cactus Moon Retreat, was just that– a peaceful retreat where the three of us had time away to bond, cook, practice yoga, blog, drink wine,  explore Yucca Valley, and recoup! All in all, it was such a blessing of a three days.
