Hi Loves!
With summer in full swing, it can be challenging to get to the gym! Between busy travel schedules and the temptation of being out in the sunshine, I like to feel like I’m fully stocked in the workout gear department– to make things as easy as possible for me to either workout at home OR get my booty to the gym. There are some items I’ve discovered (through trial and error) that just make leading a healthy and fit lifestyle EASIER. I’m going to share them with you in today’s post, in case you’re needing some fitness motivation like I have been!
All of the items can be found below and are some of the things I use on a daily basis to stay on track.
I am obsessed with this $12 jump rope because you can bring it anywhere and get a GREAT sweat in. It’s very packable, lightweight, and I love the pink color (duh). I actually have a new found love for jumping rope and love it as a form of cardio and getting my heart rate up! There is nothing worse than being BORED during cardio and jumping rope keeps things fun & interesting!!! It’s also quite a challenge. If you haven’t given jumping rope a try since the 6th grade, give it a go during your next sweat sesh!
Another standout from the list is this adorable Nike hat in black. Simply throw it on and you look like an athlete, but really. When I got it in the mail from amazon, I was surprised at how cool I felt, HA. I run in it and pretend I’m in a Nike commercial, lol. It also keeps the pony in place and absorbs sweat so you don’t need a towel as much on hand.
Finally, if you are exercising on a regular basis, you NEED to know about Arnica cream. Trust me though, Arnica is incredible. I can’t count the number of times I’ve been in pain, rubbed Arnica on the spot, & woke up feeling much better. It’s soothing and fights inflammation.Β
